Description

Baking is prepared simply and quickly. The recipe is convenient because the texture of the crust can be adjusted. If you like it thin and crispy, roll the dough sheet thinner, and if you prefer it fluffy and soft, make the dough sheet thicker. I usually make a mix so that everyone will like it. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Mix the warm whey, egg, salt, sugar, and baking soda in a bowl with a whisk.

    Add half of the flour and stir with a whisk. Add the second part in portions, mixing well each time.

    Flour for the dough may need to be a little more or less. An indicator of the right amount of flour will be dough that does not stick to the hands and has a soft, elastic consistency. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    After the time has passed, divide the dough into 4 parts. Take one part and roll it out into a sheet. The thickness of the sheet will affect the thickness of the pastry. The thicker the sheet, the fluffier and softer the pastry will be, and vice versa.

    Slice the strips and cut them into small pieces; make a slit in the middle.
