
Khvorost on sour milk
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. Khvorost is prepared quickly, easily and with pleasure. Light, crunchy, tasty khvorost will be an excellent addition to milk, tea, coffee, compote. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making khvorost.

Crack the egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix.

Pour the sour milk into a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Knead a soft dough that will be slightly sticky to the hands and the table. That's how it should be. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Cut the dough into strips 3-4 cm wide and 8-10 cm long. In each strip make a cut, thread the end of the strip through it and turn it outward.
