
Fluffy kefir fritters
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. In many families, fluffy kefir khrust (whort) is a favorite homemade treat that can be served with tea, compote, cocoa, etc. It is made with butter, sugar, eggs, and flour, without adding kefir. It is fried only in deep fat, and dusted with powdered sugar before serving. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. You can prepare crispbread using this recipe, or you can add kefir or cottage cheese. These are the simplest and most readily available ingredients that can be purchased at any store.

2. Mix the eggs with sugar and beat until thick foam forms.

3. Melt the butter and pour it into the mixture. Then add the remaining ingredients and continue beating.

4. Sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen and make the baked goods fluffy.

5. The dough will be quite stiff. Knead it well.

6. Divide the dough into portions and roll each portion into a thin layer. Then cut it into rectangles, making a slit in the center of each.
