Khvorost like grandma's
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Grandma’s khvorost is made like regular khvorost, but with its own little secrets. It uses strong alcohol, which gives the khvorost a special crispness; don’t worry, the amount of alcohol is minimal and it will all evaporate during cooking. Moreover, the shape of the khvorost is also unique, special, allowing you to bind up to three layers of dough together. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
