Description

Homemade pastry for tea. To make this kind of fried dough, you will need a simple special tool. To avoid wasting extra oil, take a deep narrow container that can be placed on the heat and into which you can lower the mold. In addition to vodka, you can add any strong alcohol to the dough. You cannot do without it, because it is what gives the fried dough its crunchy structure. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making lacy fritters.

    Crack the egg into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt, baking soda, and mix until smooth.
