Hummus with bell pepper
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. Hummus with bell pepper is a light appetizer made from chickpeas. In Israel, everyone has tried this dish, young and old alike. I haven't made it to Israel yet, but I did try the appetizer that has become popular not only in its homeland but around the world. I really liked the rich, vibrant flavor, especially since I'm fond of legumes—all of them without exception. Hummus is very easy to make, and today I'll share the recipe. Serve it with herbs and sauce.
