The recipe won't take much time. This delicious crispy treat is surely familiar to everyone, but not everyone knows that you can make it from almost nothing. In this recipe, I'll tell and show you how. The pastry is ready. Serve it at the table.

    Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and sugar.

    Pour the vodka into the water, then add the resulting solution to the flour.

    And knead a smooth dough that shouldn't stick to your hands. The dough will form a small ball like this.

    Let the dough rest in the bag for 10-15 minutes. Then roll it out as thinly as possible into a sheet. I ended up with an almost circular sheet about 40 cm in diameter. Cut it into small rectangles with a slit in the middle.

    And now we turn each rectangle into future straws. We thread one corner through the slit and gently stretch it.
