
Crispy Tubes with Raspberries
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Tubes with a crispy crust, soft inside, with fragrant raspberry filling... Choose any filling and adjust the sugar to taste. If the filling is very juicy, add a little starch. Try it. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Mix the water with the oil.

Add flour, sugar, and knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 15 pieces and shape into balls.

Thinly roll each ball into a rectangle shape. Place some raspberries and sprinkle with sugar.

Fold the edges carefully.

Roll it into a tube and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake in a hot oven at 180 °C for about 20–25 minutes.
