
Crispy fish sticks
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Fish sticks can be made from fillet of any white fish. Before cooking, be sure to check the fish and remove all bones. To prevent the fish sticks from being greasy, place them on a paper towel first to remove excess oil. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making crispy fish sticks.

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish diagonally into strips. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and mix.

Add a little salt to the egg whites and beat into a soft, white foam.

Place the fish fillet in the egg whites and mix until the sticks are completely coated.

Transfer the fish strips to the flour and coat them completely.

Pour oil into a deep skillet and heat over medium heat. Place the fish sticks with space between them and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
