
Crispy chicken and leek rolls
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken, onion, cheese—everything is wrapped in filo pastry and baked in the oven. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Slice the shallot and leek.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, place over medium heat, add shallot, salt, pepper, and sauté for one minute.

Add leek, cover with a lid, and sauté for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small pieces.

Once the leek is ready, add the chicken pieces, cream, and grated Parmesan (to taste), mix well and let it thicken for a few minutes.
