Crispy cookies made from oat flakes and hazelnuts
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Unlike many other recipes that use regular oats, I recommend using the kind that doesn't require cooking, so the cookies turn out softer and crispier. If you have chocolate spread on hand, add a bit to the dough—it will be fantastic, though the cookies are amazing even without it. Highly recommended! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
