Crispy chicken rolls

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Recipe for chicken breasts with cheese, bacon, and mustard. Italian cuisine. Serve hot.

   Slice the chicken breasts into 4 pieces. Pound each piece. Add salt, pepper, and spread mayonnaise on each piece.

   Place a slice of cheese and a slice of red pepper on each piece of chicken breast.

   Place 4 slices of smoked bacon on a cutting board and spread each with mustard.

   Wrap the chicken breasts with bacon on top. Secure the meat with toothpicks and sprinkle with flour. Dip the meat into a mixture of milk and egg. Then coat in breadcrumbs with sesame seeds. Fry in heated oil.
