
Crispy chebureki
Description
These chebureki turn out surprisingly crispy and delicious, even though they are meatless. The filling of these chebureki will definitely appeal to your children, while the unique flavors will create a gastronomic explosion in your mouth. It's important to note that you can substitute feta cheese with Adyghe cheese, but then don't forget to add garlic for extra richness. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Bring the water to a boil, add salt and vodka, and stir until the salt is completely dissolved.

Add flour to a bowl and pour in hot water with vodka. Quickly knead the dough with a spoon.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

In a bowl, mix the chopped herbs for the filling. Add the grated or finely chopped feta. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Pinch off a small piece of dough, roll it out, place the filling on one half, and cover with the other half of the dough. Trim the edges. Repeat this procedure until all the dough and filling are used up.
