Horseradish vodka
Description
Thanks to the addition of honey and spices, horseradish vodka turns out much softer and more aromatic than regular versions. You can strain the horseradish vodka through a fine sieve, but if you want a clear drink, you'll need to filter it through several layers of cotton pads or gauze lined with cotton. The drink works great at the onset of a cold—sip it slowly while hot, then wrap up warmly. Serve chilled.
