
Horseradish with vinegar
Description
A tasty addition to everyday and festive dishes. Ingredient quantities are calculated for a 500 ml container. This colorful and very spicy horseradish and tomato sauce can be served during winter with various hearty dishes. It warms the throat, helps combat colds, stimulates the body, and strengthens the immune system. Perfectly complements pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Horseradish root can be purchased at the market.

Peel the horseradish root and rinse it under water, then cut into small cubes. Be careful, as it is very pungent and can cause not only tears but also irritation of the mucous membranes. Put the chopped pieces into the grinder bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them in water, chop into pieces and add to the container. Process for about 3–5 minutes, until the horseradish and garlic pieces turn into a puree. Be sure to cover the container with a lid, and after pureeing, do not open it for 2–3 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the tomatoes in water, cut off the green stems, and chop the tomatoes into pieces. Add them to the container and puree for another 3 minutes on the pulsing mode. Then add granulated sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Pour in the vinegar and puree for another 2 minutes.

Horseradish with vinegar is completely ready. Transfer it into a jar or container, cover with a lid, and store in the refrigerator, cellar, or basement. It tastes best on the second day after preparation.
