
Horseradish with sour cream
Description
Recipe for homemade sauce. Horseradish with sour cream can be prepared for poultry or meat. It pairs especially well with meat dishes, complementing them perfectly. It's also good to add some dill to this sauce, which will give it a special aroma. In general, if you haven't tried this interesting combination yet, I highly recommend it. It's perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

1. This horseradish-based sauce is prepared with sour cream and dill. It's better to use 15% sour cream so the sauce isn't too thick.

2. Take horseradish, peel it, and finely chop with a knife. Alternatively, grate it on a fine grater.

3. Finely chop the dill.

4. Mix the grated horseradish and dill with sour cream. Season with salt to taste (and optionally add pepper). Place our horseradish and sour cream mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to let the flavors blend.
