Hot Dogs in Buns (Ladder Style)

    To prepare the dish, take: several hot dog buns, sausages, "Barbecue" tomato sauce, soy sauce, hard cheese, butter, herbs, garlic, salt, spices.

    Remove the casings from the sausages. Cut them into small pieces. Mix the "Barbecue" sauce with soy sauce and a small piece of butter. Transfer the sausages to a baking dish. Pour the sauce over them and mix. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the sausages in the sauce for 5 minutes. While the sausages are baking, take the buns and cut out the centers with a sharp knife.

    Mix the butter with garlic pressed through a press and chopped herbs. Heat in the microwave. Spread the inside of the buns with the resulting melted butter mixture.

    Place the buns brushed with butter in a baking dish or on a sheet of foil.

    On top of each bun, arrange the sausages in overlapping rows.

    Bake the hot dogs in a preheated oven until the cheese is lightly golden. This will take 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
