Hot dogs with celery, cucumber, and tomato

Perfect for the table and with drinks. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thinly slice the onion; slice the pepperoncini, onion, and tomato. In a small bowl, whisk together grainy mustard and white wine vinegar. Season with salt and ground pepper. Add sweet onion, cucumber, tomato, celery leaves, and pepperoncini. Mix well. Grill the sausages over medium heat until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes. Lightly toast the hot dog buns. Place a sausage in each bun, top with the vegetable mixture, and serve with condiments to taste.
