Corn flour hot dogs on a stick

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Make a well in the center, add milk, eggs, and oil. Mix. Insert a popsicle stick into one end of each sausage. Dust with flour and shake off the excess. Holding by the stick, coat each sausage in the flour mixture until evenly covered. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Using a spatula, sprinkle the hot dogs with the flour that fell onto the baking sheet. Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Serve with ketchup and mustard. Serve with herbs and sauce.
