
Cold cherry pastries in tartlets
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Recipe for cold cherry tarts in tartlet shells. This recipe is quite simple. The main ingredients are vanilla ice cream, cherries, and shortbread cookies. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. First, we need slightly thawed frozen cherries and a small amount of sugar (a slight tartness should remain). Put the cherries into a blender and chop them, but do not blend until completely smooth. Use the resulting mixture to coat the bottoms and sides of the tartlet shells.

2. From the blender, set aside half of the cherries. To the mixture remaining in the blender, add two previously crushed cookies (in this recipe, Jubilee cookies are used), two teaspoons of ice cream, a small amount of sugar, and two pinches of wheat flour. Blend all these ingredients together in the blender to form a sauce-dough mixture, which we will not bake.

3. Now we place the sauce-dough into the tartlets.

4. Decorate the tartlets with fruits (you can use ripe nectarines for decoration, or any other soft fruits). Place the cherry-filled tartlets in the refrigerator to soften their base. Remove the pastries from the refrigerator after about thirty minutes. The dish is ready.
