Aspic During Pregnancy

Description

This appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Like any other aspic, aspic during pregnancy is best made from pork. I usually take 2 pork trotters; you can also add pork shank or even beef shank. It all depends on how rich you want your aspic to be. I don't use gelatin—it sets perfectly on its own anyway. And in general, whatever a pregnant woman craves is exactly what you should add! Let's look at the recipe.
