Pork Head Aspic

Description

A delicious appetizer for any occasion. Aspic made from a pig’s head turns out rich, thick, and tasty—especially with hot horseradish or mustard. The head will need to be split and cleaned, but you can ask your butcher to do that. Serve the appetizer at the table.
