Pork Knuckle Aspic in a Multicooker
Description
The appetizer is quick and simple to make. Let's make aspic from pork knuckle in a multicooker at home. I must say the appetizer turns out excellent, especially when served for a festive table. Aspic pairs wonderfully with horseradish or mustard, as well as various side dishes. Good luck. It can be served warm or chilled.

Wash the pork knuckle and remove the membranes, then cover with cold water for 1 hour.

Step 2

Cut the meat off the bone. Place it in the multicooker bowl together with the skin and bone. Add garlic cloves and peppercorns or pink pepper. I also add a few juniper berries; salt and cover the meat with water. Set to "Stew" mode for 5 hours.

Step 3

Remove the meat from the broth, cut it up, and pass it through the coarse plate of a meat grinder. Strain the broth. Divide the meat among plates and pour the broth over it. Refrigerate for 4–5 hours to set.
