Chicken Aspic in a Bottle

Suitable for both a holiday and everyday. Such a simple recipe. Serve the appetizer to the table.

1. Wash the meat and chicken thoroughly and place them in a pot; cook together with onion and carrots, and salt, for about 5–6 hours.

2. Next, remove the meat and mince it as finely as possible. Add garlic and bell pepper, and mix.

3. Start filling the bottles. Be sure to choose a bottle with a wide neck. Add the meat mixture to one third or half, but no more. Now pour in the remaining broth. And send it to set, as usual, in the refrigerator or on the balcony!

4. And when it has fully set, carefully cut the bottle. Decorate the finished aspic with sausage (ears and a little nose). Use your imagination — a dish like this can be decorated very originally! Done!
