
Chicken Aspic Without Gelatin in a Multicooker
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Chicken aspic is a wonderful dish for a festive table or a quiet family dinner. It can be prepared both in summer and in winter, but always from home-raised poultry. Don't forget the spices and seasonings. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy the chicken at a market or from a private seller. Rinse the bird inside and out.

Cut the chicken into pieces and place them in the multicooker bowl. Peel the carrots and onion, rinse them in water, and add them to the bowl, cut into pieces.

Pour in hot water and on the appliance display activate the "Cook" or "Aspic" mode for at least 3 hours. Close the appliance lid and go about your other tasks.

The multicooker's beep will let you know when cooking is finished. The chicken will cook through nicely and the broth will turn out rich.

Place the chicken pieces on a plate, let them cool slightly, and shred by hand, removing the bones. Place the meat in bowls together with the carrots and onion. Strain the broth through a double layer of cheesecloth and carefully pour it into the bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs and refrigerate the bowls for at least 2–3 hours.
