Turkey Aspic Without Gelatin
Description
Turkey meat is very tasty on its own, and the aspic turns out excellent as well. To make turkey aspic without gelatin, I needed 2 turkey drumsticks and one wing. Thanks to chicken feet, the broth will be rich and fatty—it will set even without gelatin. When filling the aspic, you can also add eggs and peas, if desired. See the recipe. Serve with herbs and sauce.
