Goose Aspic
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Goose, like chicken or turkey, works well for jellied meat. The broth turns out rich, and you won't even need gelatin for everything to set. What's more, poultry is less caloric than pork but more tender than beef. During the New Year's celebrations, this goose aspic will come in handy for every homemaker. And you'll need only one goose, preferably not an old one. Let's look at the recipe. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
