Bread pudding

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well. Add oil and milk, and stir to combine. Coarsely crumble cookies or bread and add to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour the pudding batter into a skillet or baking dish. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm, topped with lemon sauce or bourbon sauce. Alternatively, serve chilled.
