Cheese Bread Rolls
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish can't be called ordinary, since few people make cheese rolls from bread, but believe me, it turns out incredibly tasty! It's suitable for breakfast if you have about 20 minutes. You can use thinly sliced or grated hard cheese instead of processed cheese. Serve these rolls with sauce or vegetables. So, here you go: serve with herbs and sauce.

Step 1

1. To start, take slices of bread and cut off the hard crust. Then, using a rolling pin, roll the bread out into a very thin sheet.

Step 2

2. Place slices of processed cheese on it (you can lightly brush the bread with beaten egg so it turns out crispier when fried).

Step 3

3. Next, roll the bread into rolls and bread them. To do this, first dip them in lightly beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Be sure to bread the edges so the cheese doesn’t leak out during frying.

Step 4

4. Fry the roll-ups in butter until golden brown, turning them occasionally.
