Bread sticks Snakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use not only white wheat flour, but also whole-grain and gluten-free flour. For the topping, use just one ingredient; flax seeds, coarsely chopped nuts, or sunflower seeds also work well. Be sure to make these snake-shaped breadsticks for your New Year's table — a symbol of the upcoming Year of the Snake 2025. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 8

From the unfilled end, shape the snake’s head and press in 2 black peppercorns for the eyes. Wrap the dough strip in a spiral around a skewer. Bake the sticks for 15–20 minutes in an oven preheated to 100°C.

Step 9

Then cool the breadsticks and carefully remove them from the skewers. For serving, arrange the breadsticks on a plate and shape the saffron into little tongues. Snake breadsticks are ready — enjoy your meal!
