Description

This recipe won't take much time. To make the wait for a big feast more pleasant, it's customary to offer guests an aperitif and light snacks. We suggest canapés on a wholesome grain cracker with tuna, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, and sweet pepper—a sea of vitamins—healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and very tasty. The snack is ready. Serve immediately.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. Prepare in advance a classic salad from canned tuna or any other fatty sea fish. Mix the fish with finely chopped onion, a hard-boiled egg, grated cheese, and dress with mayonnaise.

  2. 2

    2. If you are making canapés for guests, choose the brightest sweet pepper. Cut it into small, even cubes. Remember that canapés decorated with colorful peppers (red, orange, yellow, and green) will look simply stunning on a shared platter.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

    3. Spread 2 spoonfuls of tuna salad on the cracker so that it covers the entire surface of the canapé base.

    4. Heap the chopped pepper generously on top of the fish salad and serve to your guests right away. When the crackers soak up too much of the salad’s mayonnaise and the pepper slides off, the canapés lose their flavor, so don’t delay with this appetizer—then you’re sure to earn your guests’ sincere praise.
