Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Thanks to the added egg yolks, the bread crumb turns slightly golden. You can mix a little rye flour into the wheat flour. The bread will then be grayer. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

    To make the bread, prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve ahead of time to aerate it with oxygen. Warm the kefir until it is slightly warm. The fat content of the kefir can be any.

    Pour warm kefir into a bowl and add salt, sugar, and dry yeast to it. Mix.

    Then add vegetable oil and egg yolks to the dough.

    Gradually add sifted flour to the dough and work it into the dough.

    Shape the dough into a ball and dust it lightly with flour. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to let the dough rise.

    The dough has increased in size. Punch it down.

    Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil and put the dough in it. Let it rest for about 15–20 minutes, then place it in the oven. Bake the bread at 180°C for approximately 30–40 minutes.

    The finished bread will have increased in size and turned golden. Remove it from the pan and wrap it in a towel. Let cool.
