Pumpkin Bread
Description
The bread is simple and quick to make. Grate the pumpkin for the bread on a box grater or chop it into fine crumbs in a food processor. Do not squeeze out the juice—it gives the bread a beautiful sunny color. Don’t worry: the bread bakes through perfectly in the oven and stays soft and tender for several days! Watch the recipe; I’ll show you everything step by step.
