1. Cut the dried tomatoes (homemade or store-bought) into small pieces. Sift flour into a bowl, add dry yeast, salt, basil, tomatoes, and grated cheese, then mix well.

2. Dissolve the tomato paste in water, then pour the resulting liquid into the flour mixture.

5. Place the dough on a floured surface. Press down the dough 5-6 times. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
