
Bread with celery
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The bread dough turns out thick and sticky, and it doesn’t need to be kneaded by hand. After baking, the bread has a coarse, open crumb and is slightly moist. The aroma is delicate and pleasant. This kind of bread is great served with first courses. Be sure to try it.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the celery stalks. Remove the tough fibers. Cut into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a small pot or saucepan and heat it. Add the celery. Sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
