Step 1

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, yeast, and rosemary. In a small bowl, mix warm water, honey, and olive oil.
- 2
Step 2

2. Gradually add the mixture to the flour blend. Mix the dough until it becomes wet and sticky.
- 3
Step 3

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. If the dough is still very sticky after 5 minutes of kneading, add more flour, one tablespoon at a time.

Step 4

4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a lid, and let it rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
- 5
Step 5

5. Place the dough on a clean working surface. Shape it into a round form. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with a clean, dry towel. Let it rest for about 1 hour, until the dough doubles in volume.

Step 6

6. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees. This bread needs to be sprayed with water while baking, so prepare a spray bottle. Make a small cross-shaped cut on top of the bread using a sharp knife. Spray the bread with water, bake for 1 minute, then spray again with water. Repeat this process two more times. Continue baking for another 8 minutes (11 minutes in total).

Step 7

7. Reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 93 degrees.
