Description

The recipe won't take much time. As it turns out, the combination of bread and wine is quite an interesting thing. Many French bakers dissolve yeast in water with a small amount of wine — then the bread turns out softer, more aromatic, tender, and moist in texture. Rosemary, meanwhile, rounds out this bread's aromatic profile and turns it into a true delicacy you can eat for breakfast on its own, with nothing else — and get immense pleasure from it.

    Finely chop the fresh rosemary.

    Mix the wine with warm water and dissolve the dry yeast in the same mixture.

    Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl, then add the liquid mixture to the same bowl.

    Quickly knead a very loose dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it for 24 hours in a warm place.

    After 24 hours, knead the dough again on a floured work surface, then leave it under a towel for another 2 hours.

    Shape the dough into a loaf of bread.
