Bread with garlic and herbs
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This bread is simply perfect as a substitute for pampushky with borscht, I also prepare it for broth and a light soup. The bread is quite easy to make, yet it wins everyone over with its unusual appearance and, of course, its aroma. Every slice of bread is soaked with a rich garlic aroma – and it’s pure bliss. So for garlic lovers I highly recommend serving it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes so that it becomes smooth and fluffy. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a deep bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. Then punch down the dough and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
