    In a deep bowl combine the kefir, egg, and sugar. Mix well with a whisk.

    Add the yeast, stir.

    Cover the bowl with the yeast mixture with a towel and let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.

    After the time has passed, the starter will increase slightly and small bubbles will be visible. Add rye and wheat flour, flaxseed, salt, and vegetable oil (2 tbsp). Begin kneading.

    Knead a soft and elastic dough. Leave it in the bowl.

    On the surface of the dough ball, make several cuts, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 1 hour 30 minutes at room temperature (no drafts).
