Cornbread
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. As with any bread, besides corn flour, you'll need wheat flour, yeast, water or milk, salt, and sugar. You can substitute vegetable oil with butter, melting it first. Don't make the dough too stiff—it will rise poorly. It's better to have a soft dough ball; that way you'll definitely get a porous and fluffy loaf. Regarding color, if you'd like to enhance the yellow hue, you can add 1 tsp of turmeric to the flour. See all the details in the recipe.
