Rinse the quinoa and red lentils several times, then soak them in water for 6–8 hours. It is more convenient to do this overnight.

Then drain off the water, rinse the grains and tip into a sieve. Let the excess liquid drain away.

In a blender, combine water, lentils, quinoa, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
