Potato bread
Description
The baking is simple and quick. If you can make pumpkin bread, banana bread, why not try potato bread? This kind is perfect for morning toast. It has a dense texture with small air bubbles. You probably won't find this in stores, but making it at home is no more difficult than regular yeast bread. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash to yield ¾ cup of potato puree. Pour 2 cups of milk into a saucepan, add sugar and salt, and heat over medium heat until the milk begins to bubble. Then remove the saucepan from the heat. Add olive oil and the potato puree to the saucepan, and mix thoroughly using a mixer. Once the mixture has cooled and become warm, add the yeast, 2 cups of flour, and mix with the mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes.
