This bread is exceptionally tasty and healthy. It will be a great alternative to store-bought versions. The recipe is quite simple, and the baked goods will delight you and your loved ones. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar to a bowl, and mix everything thoroughly.

Add the oat flakes and mix.

Make a depression in the center.

Pour in part of the kefir in a thin stream.

Start kneading the dough, adding the remaining kefir if necessary.

Knead the dough, try not to overload it with flour, we need an uneven surface.

Shape the bread into a round form, then gently press it with your hands so that it is slightly flattened.

For easier preparation in a multicooker, set the "Sauté" mode and time to 45 minutes. Then open the lid, flip the bread over, and bake for another 20 minutes (you can also bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes).
