Truffle-stuffed bread
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. A recipe for bread filled with the most expensive mushrooms—truffles. Festive baking for true gourmets. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut off the top of the bread with a serrated knife.
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the shallot.
- 3
Step 3

Clean the truffle with a brush and wipe it with a damp towel. Do not wash the truffle! Finely chop the truffle.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the shallot with balsamic vinegar and grapeseed oil. Do not use regular oils, as they will spoil the taste of the truffles.
- 5
Step 5

Gently add the chopped truffle and season with white pepper and Fleur de Sel (hand-harvested salt crystals).
- 6
Step 6

Remove the bread crumb, but don't overdo it—remove just enough to fit the truffle without leaving hollow spaces. Place the truffle inside.
- 7
Step 7

Cover the bread with the cut top and bake in the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes, or until the bread and filling are heated through.
- 8
Step 8

Cut the bread and serve at the table.
