Bread for bread machine
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. No store-bought baked goods can replace homemade bread. The modern age of technology allows humanity to prepare food quickly using specialized equipment. To make bread in a "Scarlet" bread machine, you need only a few ingredients and minimal time. This appliance does all the work by itself—you just need to put the ingredients into the pan and select the appropriate setting. How to do it—details are provided in the recipe below. The baking is complete. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I didn't choose this bread machine by chance: it's compact, functional, and perfect for a small family. It has 12 functions, all of which I use regularly (including a setting for making dough for homemade noodles/pasta).

Step 2

2. Baking bread using this technique is pure pleasure. I usually bake regular white or French bread. The device comes with a recipe book, but you can also follow this recipe.

Step 3

3. In addition, the bread maker comes with a measuring cup and spoon, which is very convenient and eliminates the need for special kitchen scales. Everything is measured according to the instructions using these tools.

Step 4

4. The pan in this bread maker is convenient and spacious (with a non-stick surface). Sometimes I experiment to find my perfect recipe. Among the add-ins, I like using cumin, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. So, just add all the ingredients and select the desired setting.

Step 5

5. Then cover with the lid and leave the appliance to prepare everything on its own. On average, bread takes about 2.5 hours to prepare. It is very important that the dry yeast is fresh (it's better to store dry yeast in the refrigerator as well). You should also use dry milk.

Step 6

6. If you are short on time, you can use the "Quick Bread" function, but the baked loaf will be denser and will not rise as well. If you need to delay the baking time, this bread maker has a "Timer" function. After baking, the bread remains in the machine for a short while before being easily removed.
