Bread Omelette
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This colorful and unusual breakfast will surely delight your family, especially if you serve it hot with sausages, meat dishes, or spreads. If desired, you can completely soak the bread slices in the egg mixture, or prepare them as in this recipe—making holes to pour the omelet into. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. It is best to use farm-raised chicken eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the chicken eggs in a deep container, add a pinch of salt, and whisk with a fork or whisk for 1–2 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Using a glass or cup, make holes in the slices of bread. Do not throw away the cut-out bread insides—you can also fry them in oil like croutons.
- 4
Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan by placing the pan on the stove over medium heat. Then reduce the heat, place the bread slices in the pan, and pour one tablespoon of the beaten egg mixture into each indentation.
- 5
Step 5

As soon as the omelet sets, pour a little more beaten mixture into the depressions until they are filled to the top. This is done to prevent it from spreading across the entire pan. Fry for about 1 minute.
- 6
Step 6

Carefully flip to the other side and fry until golden brown. Transfer the cooked dish onto a plate and fry the remaining portions in the same way.
- 7
Step 7

Serve hot.
