This is a traditional Georgian dish made of dough with a meat filling inside. In terms of taste, hinkali are similar to our native dumplings, although their shape and cooking method are different. Actually, there's nothing complicated about this recipe, and you'll easily make hinkali in a steamer at home. Serve hot.

Peel the onion and grate it, then mix the onion with the meat mince.

Then add chopped fresh herbs, spices, salt, and finely chopped garlic to the meat mixture.

Thoroughly knead the minced meat until it reaches a uniform, airy consistency.
