Description
The recipe won't take much time. Don't be lazy—try making it yourself. It's completely different from store-bought semi-processed foods. You'll get a genuine Georgian national dish. Be sure to write it down. Serve hot.

Wash the greens and finely chop.

Make the filling. Pass the meat through a meat grinder together with garlic and onion. Add herbs, salt, water, and pepper. Mix the filling thoroughly.

Now prepare the dough. Mix the flour with water and half a teaspoon of salt.

Then add the egg. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into equal pieces. Roll them out into 12 cm diameter flatbreads.

Place the filling in the center. Shape the dough into dumplings by folding and twisting the edges toward the center.
