Hake in the oven with potatoes
Description
I suggest you prepare a very tasty fish dish with potatoes under sour cream and cheese. Preparation will take you minimal time, while the main part will be handled by the oven. This recipe can easily be scaled up to make a large baking tray for a big group, perfect for a festive table or any other occasion. You can replace hake with any other boneless sea fish. Serve it with fresh vegetables or salads. In winter, canned vegetables will be an excellent choice.
