Prepare the ingredients for baking pollock with zucchini in the oven.

Peel the carrots and onion, rinse them. Grate the carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion. Place in a frying pan and add sunflower oil.

Sauté the onion and carrot over medium heat until soft.

Clean the hake, remove the fins and the inner membrane. Cut out the backbone.
